Palette Creator

This feature is currently still in beta. Some functionality may be missing or not work correctly. Make sure to save often.

Palettes (also referred to as Water styles) allow you to replace the colours that the game uses on a park-by-park basis.

To start creating a palette, you can either start with the default palette, or load an existing one. Valid formats to load from are:

  • .parkobj palettes (OpenRCT2)
  • .dat palettes (RollerCoaster Tycoon 2)
  • .bmp palettes (RCT2 Palette Maker)

A preview will be rendered when you’re working on your palette. You can use a screenshot of your own for this preview. Any screenshot taken by OpenRCT2, RCT2 or RCT1 should work.
